With our vacation home check-ins, you never need to come to our office or the clubhouse to check in as you will do all this online before you arrive. You will be able to drive directly to your Vista Cay rental. Remember once you are on Disney property the park complex is almost seven miles across in places so depending on your park the distances may be further. However, getting from Vista Cay to Disney is a snap just take the express road to Interstate 4 and then take the Disney exit.

Vista Cay Orlando is the closest vacation home community to Universal Studios being approximately 5. Remember Vista Cay is just off Universal Blvd and Interstate 4 so gaining access via either route is simple and quick.

Vista Cay consists of privately owned condominiums and townhomes so technically all the resort fees are paid by the homeowners as part of their HOA fees. Depending on which management company in Vista Cay you rent from determines which company will charge you a resort fee. All the parking at Vista Cay is free for guests and residents. For the most part, you can always park directly in front of your home.

The townhomes also all have a one-car garage, but many of these are used for other purposes such as game rooms or storage so be sure to check when renting a townhome if the use of the garage is possible.
