Combat arms black screen windows 8

I have to relog a few times until Combat Arms finally opens. I have the similar problem too. I would start Combat Arms and after loading, it would crash with no error. I had more crap in my computer and CA worked last time. I just cleaned it a week ago and now CA wont work D:. Failed to lanuch from Steam as well, tried x3 times. I'll just try back later, but figured I would post. Situation changed to the above problems. Able to join game, but 1 second into gameplay it crashes. Its wasnt working for me either but i ended up closing out of it for a little bit like all of it and then retried it and it worked.
